Functional Fitness
Designed and run by one of our Physiotherapists, with modifications available to suit individual needs and abilities. A fitness session designed specifically to mimic everyday movements to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility, making daily activities like walking, bending, reaching, and lifting easier to perform, while minimizing the risk of injuries. We will teach you how to use weights safely and progress you exercises and strength in a controlled environment.
