It targets the deepest tissues of the body including your fascia, ligaments and joints, helping to improve mobility and relax the mind & body. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles and raises the heart rate. Combine with our earlier Vinyasa flow class to gain the full body benefits.
