Rosie Robinson

Originally from Sussex, Rosie moved to Devon in April after spending the winter travelling Asia. Rosie started properly practicing yoga in 2020 as part of her daily routine during covid, and found that it really helped with the long term pain she had been suffering with after a skiing accident in 2017.

Rosie chose to train as a teacher while on a beautiful yoga retreat on Koh Phangan in Thailand and completed further training in Bali with gurus from Rishikesh, India. She is qualified to teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga, as well as pranayama. She has also completed further training in fascial anatomy yoga, so we are very excited for her to help with some our clients who suffer with long-term pain or injuries! When not teaching yoga, Rosie works as a restaurant/events manager and loves to travel and explore new places. So recommendations for any local or exotic destinations are always welcome! Rosie’s teaches a more dynamic Viyasa Flow followed by a relaxing fascial release Yin Yoga on Tuesday evenings.

I consulted Pippa regarding an old riding injury, causing lack of shoulder movement for months. I had received hospital treatment, being told I will always have some sensitivity, I resigned myself to coping and occasional ibuprofen. With Pippa I felt instant relief and gradual post-treatment my stiffness has eased.

Pippa has been amazing at sorting out various injuries for me over the years. Recently I've tried acupuncture and for someone with a fear of needles, she made me feel very relaxed and I've since had more treatments. Pippa is very knowledgeable, giving great advice and simple stretches/exercises to do at home. I highly recommend Fortitude Health and will be continuing to see them.

Both myself and my horse have had Bowen treatments with Pippa several times with really positive results. Pippa has a wealth of knowledge about horse's and has improved my horse's way of going, my position and it's impact on my riding and us as a combination. Pippa is also the loveliest person.

I highly recommend physio treatment from Pippa. I had been suffering from a shoulder injury and back pain for 8 months but could not get NHS physio treatment. I then went to see Pippa last October and treatment and exercises since then have sorted the problem out. I have since had back and calf issues which she has treated me for. Very professional and friendly service.
