Rosie Robinson
Originally from Sussex, Rosie moved to Devon in April after spending the winter travelling Asia. Rosie started properly practicing yoga in 2020 as part of her daily routine during covid, and found that it really helped with the long term pain she had been suffering with after a skiing accident in 2017.
Rosie chose to train as a teacher while on a beautiful yoga retreat on Koh Phangan in Thailand and completed further training in Bali with gurus from Rishikesh, India. She is qualified to teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga, as well as pranayama. She has also completed further training in fascial anatomy yoga, so we are very excited for her to help with some our clients who suffer with long-term pain or injuries! When not teaching yoga, Rosie works as a restaurant/events manager and loves to travel and explore new places. So recommendations for any local or exotic destinations are always welcome! Rosie’s teaches a more dynamic Viyasa Flow followed by a relaxing fascial release Yin Yoga on Tuesday evenings.
